  2. Ebury Bank collects the payment made by you and transfers the funds to PayMyTuition, which receives the amounts from Ebury Bank and transfers it to foreign educational institutions and universities.
  3. It is Ebury Bank that converts the reais you pay in national currency into foreign currency, through an exchange transaction processed in a fully digital solution, facilitating payment for foreign educational institutions and universities.
  1. For everything to go well, it is important to be careful when filling out the payment form. If the payer's details are different from the student's data, it will be necessary to fill in the “Payer Information” section with the details of the person who pays on behalf of the student (for example, parent, friend, sponsor, agent, and the like).
  2. It is important that the completion of the payment form correctly specifies who the student is and who will be responsible for the payment. If the data is not specified correctly, the amount will enter Ebury Bank and it will not be possible to identify the contract linked to the payment, so the resource will be returned.
  3. After completing the data, the PayMyTuition platform will provide a document with payment instructions including the Ebury Bank account details for transfer.
  4. Payment must be made by TED via internet banking or in person at the bank or payment institution authorized by the Central Bank of your choice. If you need assistance, go to help center from PayMayTuition and choose how you want to be served.

Once you make the bank transfer to Ebury Bank, we will proceed with the identification and transfer of the amounts to PayMyTuition. This process usually takes around 3 to 5 business days. Transfers will not take place on weekends and holidays.

Ebury Bank will identify the amount and transfer it to PayMyTuition within 5 business days from the effective date of the transfer. PayMyTuition will proceed with the payment to the educational institution within 24 business hours after receiving the amount from Ebury Bank.

You can review, filter by date, and download all your transfers in your PayMyTuition environment in the “My Payments” section on the site itself https://www.paymytuition.com.
In addition, you can download the transfer details for registration and accounting purposes.

Yes, you must create a new payment request each time you submit the resources so that a new and unique payment ID is generated. The payment ID is used for tracking purposes by you, your educational institution, and PayMyTuition.
