Ebury Bank, through Ebury Bank Information Technology Ltda., is one of Kwai's partner institutions that makes payments at the request of Kwai for users in Brazil.

When a user has a payment to receive in Brazil, the transfer can be carried out by Ebury Bank as requested by Kwai.

  1. To withdraw money from your Kwai account is quite simple and can be done in several ways, but first, you need to know that:
  2. ● You must be over 18 years old and have a valid and regular number with the IRS;
    ● Register a PIX key or account with a bank or payment institution in Brazil (salary, savings, investment, and pension accounts are not eligible to receive payment);
    ● Comply with Kwai's usage rules (each user can have only one profile to participate in activities).
  3. Now yes, you can request your withdrawal, see the step by step:
  4. 1. Open Kwai and go to the “Profile” tab. Then, tap the coin icon (K) at the top right of the screen;
  5. 2. Tap on top of your balance or the “Withdraw” field. On the next screen, press the “Withdraw” button, located below your cash credits;
  6. 3. Select one of the amounts available in the app and then tap “Withdraw”. If this is your first withdrawal, you will need to include payment information, which can be made via PIX or TED;
  7. 4. If it is via PIX, you choose the type of key and register the name of the beneficiary and the social security number. Remember that, once registered, there is no way to delete PIX from Kwai. Then press “Confirm”. The app will ask you to check the data once again, since there's no way to unlink the PIX or other method. When everything is ok, tap “Confirm” again;
  8. 5. If it is via TED, you choose your bank or payment institution and register the name of the payee and the social security number. Remember that once you register, there's no way to delete your Kwai account. Then press “Confirm”. The app will ask you to verify the data once again, since there is no way to unlink the account or other method. When everything is ok, tap “Confirm” again;
  9. 6. After selecting the payment method, check that the previously chosen amount is already defined. Press the “Confirm” button;
  10. 7. Kwai will send a confirmation code to your cell phone via SMS. Enter that number and press the “Confirm” button. Finally, the app will inform you that the withdrawal was successfully registered and the money will be released within 4 to 5 business days.

If you entered the data correctly and entered valid data, the amount will be available in your account within 5 business days.

It is worth remembering that Ebury Bank is not the only partner used by Kwai to pay users of the app in Brazil, so if you have any difficulties, questions, problems or delays, you will need to contact Kwai for help.
