If you entered the wrong bank details while making a transfer and sent funds incorrectly to an Ebury Bank account, don't worry. We just need you to send the following details to our support team:

Complete proof of the transfer containing the details of the account where the money left (AG and Account), the name of the holder, date, time and the amount of the transaction.

Social security number of the sender account holder. Just the number, no need to send photos of your documents.
