- For the exchange transaction to be carried out by Ebury Bank through integration with the investment platform, it is necessary to have an account owned by the client for the transfer of funds from Brazil abroad (vice versa).
- This account is not free to move, it is created automatically when you register on Avenue with an exclusive link to the exchange operations necessary for you to be able to carry out your investment abroad or receive the respective return.

- The deposit can be made via TED or PIX at any bank or payment institution authorized by the Central Bank in Brazil where you are the first account holder. We will recognize your transfer by your social security number and the amount will be available in your Avenue account in reais.
- The data for TED and PIX are available in your customer login by clicking on MY ACCOUNT > BALANCE > DEPOSIT. Once this is done, you will see a window with the data for transfer.

- Normally within 2 hours, the amount is available in your Avenue account.
- You identify your deposit in reais on the home screen and you can now go directly to the exchange tab to request the full or partial exchange of this amount. We remind you that any transfer of funds to Avenue must necessarily come from an account registered with the same number as the account holder.

There is no exchange fee charged. The transaction costs are comprised of the IOF (Financial Transactions Tax) of 0.38% and the dollar exchange rate provided by Ebury Bank.
