Amazon Seller Central Brazil: how to receive sales

27/12/2023

Discover Amazon Seller Central see how the tool can transform your virtual store into a cross border e-commerce via the marketplace.

Selling cross border is no longer the challenge it was a few years ago. By using tools such as Amazon Seller Central, you can sell on the Amazon store to international customers and easily manage the process, including for B2B sales. With the Ebury and Bexs solution, the amount receivable is transferred to the bank account of your choice, in Brazilian real. Keep reading to learn more about the e-commerce cross border model from Amazon.

Amazon Seller Brasil: learn how to sell cross border

Amazon Seller Central is an application provided by Amazon for its sellers to manage their virtual stores linked to the marketplace. The platform offers tools for growing sales, customizable business reports, shipping management with Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA), support for advertising campaigns, monitoring of customer evaluations, payment administration and tracking, returns and reimbursements, as well as the possibility of selling cross border with Amazon Global Selling, just to cite some advantages. For small and midsized companies, this is a great opportunity for increasing your revenue.

Amazon Seller Central Brazil: how to optimize management in the international marketplace

To gain access to the Seller Central, just create a seller account at Amazon. For those who already have an account but have not yet used the management application, just download it and log in with the e-mail and password registered in the account. The Seller Central dashboard can be customized and is very intuitive, enabling you to immediately start managing inventories and payments, as well as orders and campaigns, and also to generate reports and provide customer service.

If your virtual store’s goal is to become a cross border e-commerce, Amazon offers the option of expanding sales globally, including access to the over 200 million Prime customers in the marketplace, with no need to be a U.S.-based company, for example. The Amazon logistics system offers product warehousing and delivery to customers, making your international operations much more fluid.

Cross border e-commerce: how to receive money from Amazon International in a Brazilian bank account

Selling internationally without having to open a company in another country is not only possible, but easy. After opening an account at Amazon Seller Central, the next step is to open an international account at Ebury, a Brazilian-based payment provider approved by Amazon, since payments will be made in U.S. dollar. Just complete the form with basic information on your company to start receiving payments from Amazon, which are made every two weeks. Depending on the plan you choose at Amazon, different rates and deductions may apply.

Then, link your Ebury account to Amazon Seller Central. Each step is outlined below:

  • Enter Amazon Seller Central.
  • Click on Settings > Account Info > Deposit Methods
  • On the Deposit Methods Page, select the option. Use a new bank account, and click on “Submit”.
  • Enter the data for your Ebury account.
  • In “Bank Location Country,” select the option United States, since the funds will be received in U.S. dollar (USD).
  • After entering all information, click on “Submit.”
  • That’s it! Now you’re ready to receive your payments from Amazon in your international Ebury account.

Sending funds to a Brazilian account

Now you are ready to manage your receivables in U.S. dollar in your Ebury account. To request the transfer of funds converted into reais in a Brazilian account, just register as a beneficiary on the Ebury platform:

  1. On the Dashboard, click on “Beneficiaries”
  2. Click on “Add beneficiary”
  3. Enter the beneficiary’s data and click on “Save”

Is it time to make an international transfer? On the Dashboard of your Ebury account, select the option “Pay,” enter the payment data and click on “Send.” In up to one business day, Bexs Banco will be in touch to conclude the operation with the required security and instantaneous receipt.

Payment Service Provider approved by Amazon Pay
