To withdraw via PIX, you need:

Don't know what Pix Key is? Pix keys are like “nicknames” / “codes” to identify your account. It represents the identification factor of your Pix account. The four types of Pix key you can use are:
- CPF/CNPJ;

- Cell phone number;
- Random key. (generated in your bank's application).
To withdraw via TED (Bank Transfer), you need:
- Be over 18 years old;
- Have a valid CPF and be in good standing with federal revenue;
- From an email account;
- That the Balance is available for redemption in the TikTok app;
- Have an account with a bank or payment institution in Brazil.

Important to check the requirements for withdrawal via PIX. Click here and always use a valid key according to the formats:
- CPF: 12345678910;
- E-mail: exemplo@email.com;
- Mobile number: BR+55 (comes in the fixed application), just enter your phone number with area code, for example: 11912345678;
- Random Key: it is a unique 32-character code with letters and symbols, generated randomly by your bank. (example: 123e4567-e89b-12d3-a456-426655440000)

You need to pay attention when entering your details, but don't worry, we provide all the information to ensure there are no doubts:
- Provide your bank code.
- Enter the agency number without using the digit.
Note: The agency number should contain 4 numeric characters, for example: 1234-5 (the digit 5 should not be entered). In other words, only: 1234.
- Enter all the numbers of the bank account only with numeric characters, including the digit.
Note: Do not use dashes or dots, for example: 12345-6 (enter the number 6, but do not use the "-" symbol). In other words, all the numbers: 123456.

Error when withdrawing via TED, you need to ensure that:
- The bank code filled in is correct;
- Correctly enter the branch without the digit and the current account with the digit;
- Only use numbers without dashes, spaces or any other characters.
