Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Ebury Bank, through Ebury Bank Tecnologia da Informação Ltda., is one of Kwai's partner institutions that processes payments at the request of Kwai for users in Brazil.

    When a user has a payment to receive in Brazil, the transfer can be carried out by Ebury Bank as requested by Kwai.

  2. To withdraw money from your Kwai account is quite simple and can be done in various ways, but before that, you need to know that:

    ● It is necessary to be over 18 years old and have a valid and regular CPF with the Federal Revenue Service;
    ● Register a PIX key or an account with a bank or payment institution in Brazil (salary, savings, investment, and pension accounts are not eligible to receive payment);
    ● Comply with Kwai's rules of use (each user can have only one profile to participate in activities).

    Now, you can request your withdrawal. Here's the step-by-step process:

    1. Open Kwai and go to the "Profile" tab. Then, tap on the currency icon (K) in the top right corner of the screen;

    2. Tap on your balance or on the "Withdraw" field. On the next screen, press the "Withdraw" button, located below your cash credits;

    3. Select one of the available amounts in the app and then tap on "Withdraw." If it's your first withdrawal, you'll need to provide payment information, which can be done through PIX or TED;

    4. If it's through PIX, you choose the type of key and enter the beneficiary's name and CPF. Remember that once registered, you cannot remove PIX from Kwai. Then, press "Confirm." The application will ask you to verify the data once again, as there is no way to unlink PIX or another method. If everything is correct, tap "Confirm" again;

    5. If it's through TED, you choose your bank or payment institution and enter the beneficiary's name and CPF. Remember that once registered, you cannot remove your account from Kwai. Then, press "Confirm." The application will ask you to verify the data once again, as there is no way to unlink the account or another method. If everything is correct, tap "Confirm" again;

    6. After selecting the payment method, check if the previously chosen amount is already set. Press the "Confirm" button;

    7. Kwai will send a confirmation code to your phone via SMS. Enter this number and press the "Confirm" button. Finally, the app will inform you that the withdrawal has been successfully recorded, and the money will be released within 4 to 5 business days.

  3. If you entered the correct information and provided valid details, the amount will be made available in your account within 5 business days.

    It's worth noting that Ebury Bank is not the only partner used by Kwai for payments to the app users in Brazil. Therefore, if you have any difficulties, questions, issues, or delays, you will need to contact Kwai for assistance.

  4. Ebury Bank processes payments and withdrawals as requested by Kwai, so if you are facing any issues, you need to contact the Kwai application itself for the appropriate assistance.

    To contact Kwai, please access the application, click on the little character in the bottom right corner of the screen, then click on the three dots in the upper right corner of the screen, selecting "Settings" and clicking on "Help Center."

  5. You can contact Kwai support through the app itself by clicking on the little character in the bottom right corner of the screen. Then, click on the three dots in the upper right corner of the screen, go to "Settings," and finally, access the "Help Center."
