For the currency exchange operation to be carried out by Ebury Bank through integration with the investment platform, it is necessary for the client to have an account for the transfer of funds from Brazil to abroad (and vice versa).
This account is not freely movable; it is automatically created when you register with Avenue, exclusively linked to the foreign exchange operations necessary for you to make your investment abroad or receive the corresponding return.

The deposit can be made via TED or PIX from any bank or authorized payment institution regulated by the Central Bank of Brazil, where you are the primary account holder. We will recognize your transfer through your CPF, and the amount will be made available in your Avenue account in Brazilian Reais.
The information for TED and PIX can be found in your customer portal by clicking on MY ACCOUNT > BALANCE > DEPOSIT. After doing so, you will see a window displaying the transfer details.

Usually, the funds are made available in your Avenue account within 2 hours.
You can identify your deposit in Brazilian Reais on the home screen, and you can go directly to the exchange tab to request the total or partial currency exchange of that amount. Please note that all fund transfers to Avenue must originate from an account registered under the same CPF as the account holder.

There is no exchange rate fee. The costs of the operation consist of the IOF (Financial Operations Tax) of 0.38% and the dollar exchange rate provided by Ebury Bank.
